Seth received his first trial experience as a prosecutor, where he handled many felony and misdemeanor cases. Seth had a 90 percent conviction rate on the criminal cases he tried. Immediately before his work as a prosecutor, Seth worked as a law clerk for the Supreme Court of Alabama. Afterwards, he worked as a research attorney for the Kansas Court of Appeals. This work sharpened Seth’s legal, analytical, and persuasive writing abilities and provided valuable insight and experience on how to avoid many of the complicated and unsuspecting pitfalls trial attorneys may encounter on appeal.
From there, Seth began handling a wide variety of complex civil litigation. Seth worked both as an in-house litigation attorney for a large municipality and a private attorney for a civil litigation boutique. Seth defended and resolved cases for government entities, companies large and small, and many well-known insurance companies. Seth’s work on behalf of government entities and insurance companies provides a unique understanding of the defenses, arguments, and litigation tactics these entities use against injured individuals and their families.
Seth now uses his unique experience, knowledge, and skills to help injured people and their families. Seth takes special satisfaction in handling cases that other attorneys decline, deem impossible, misclassify, or find too difficult. Seth enjoys the challenge of finding creative and unconventional solutions to intractable situations and helping clients reach a favorable outcome, especially when he sees a path to victory that others dismiss, or miss altogether. Seth looks forward to helping other injured individuals and their families overcome the odds and obtain the justice and accountability they deserve.
