Bill is a member of the Georgia Bar Association and the South Carolina Bar Association and is licensed to practice law in both Georgia and South Carolina. He received Best Lawyer’s “Ones to Watch” award for 2022.

A graduate of the University of South Carolina, Bill pursued his Juris Doctorate from Charleston School of Law. While in law school Bill was an active member of the Moot Court Board and Trial Advocacy Honor Board. Bill was awarded the CALI Award for Pleadings and Practice; the Giving Back Award for Outstanding Efforts in Public Service and Leadership; and the Presidential Scholar award from the Medical University of South Carolina. After completing law school, Bill worked for a national insurance defense firm in Atlanta where he represented clients in various matters including medical malpractice, personal injury, and product liability cases.

Bill and his wife, Alexis, are active in their community and are members of Oak Grove United Methodist Church. When he isn’t practicing law, Bill enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf and cheering on the Braves, Atlanta United, and the Falcons.

After years of practicing as a defense attorney, Bill decided to transition to personal injury law. A strong believer in a personal approach to personal injury, Bill’s practice is defined by his open and honest communication with his client and strong commitment to thorough, five star representation.
