David is a skilled litigator with robust experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants. This has given him a valuable perspective on litigation that informs his approach to every case. David handles cases from start to finish, including pre-suit investigations, comprehensive and creative articulation of liability theories, efficient and thorough discovery, and presenting an understandable, relatable, and common-sense case to a jury. David brings his personality to each case, using his advocacy skills to achieve results for his clients in an adversarial field.

Throughout his career, David has litigated many types of cases, including product liability, personal injury, property damage, construction, and general commercial litigation. He has previously represented clients in a variety of industries, including automotive, tire, industrial equipment manufacturing, insurance, construction, retail, commercial real estate management, technology, banking, and public utilities. David regularly appears in state and federal courts.


After law school, David clerked for the Honorable Emmett Ripley Cox of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. He earned his J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law. While at Washington University, he was the executive articles editor for the Washington University Journal of Law & Policy and received the CALI Award for the highest grades in Torts, Evidence, Antitrust, and Corporations. David earned his B.A. from the University of Arkansas, where he graduated summa cum laude.

David is active in the Atlanta community, where he has lived for more than 15 years. He and his wife have three children, and he serves as an Elder at his church. In his spare time, David enjoys running (he has completed two Boston Marathons) and reading about history.
